We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

We ship all of our products 1-3 working days after you confirm your order(For custom orders design has to be confirmed by you as well).

UPS and FedEx handle our shipping express shipping. We determine the best shipping method based on your product's size, weight, and country, giving the least amount of expenses for you.

Shipping times:

Europe: 3-5 working days.

USA and Canada: 3-5 working days.

Rest of the world: 4-10 working days.

Once we ship your metal art, you'll receive a tracking number to see your order's journey.

If you want to return the item, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the order at info@barkingus.com. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defected, or wrong item sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.
