How long does the processing take?

The processing time usually takes 3-6 business days since the day of order confirmation and delivery time is 3-5 business days.

How long does it take to make a custom design?

Usually it takes extra 1-2 business days, depending on time taken for design confirmation from your side.

How do custom orders work?

1. Order is placed

2. We create your design based on your photo and your additional requirements.

3. We send you the design for your confirmation.

4. Changes are made on the design (If needed).

5. You confirm the final design.

6. We manufacture your custom order, prepare it, and ship it to you.

What about customs fees and taxes?

All our prices include full coverage of custom fees and taxes. If you get asked to pay any taxes – just let us know and we will cover all the expenses for you.

What happens if my order arrived damaged?

Do not worry about it, we can send a replacement or provide a full refund of the purchase price.
